Tricia is a seasoned people leader and culture cultivator with over 23 years experience in various progressive roles in the consumer and small business segments within the Telecommunications industry.
Currently Director, Culture & Change Management within the Rogers Technology organization. Tricia is committed to advocating for Black professionals and has been featured and spoken at summits including Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN), Canada International Black Women Excellence (CIBWE), and Citynews Toronto.
Tricia’s ability to challenge the status quo, passion and experience in DE&I has led her to roles as co-founder of the Rogers Black Leadership Council, BPTN Partnership Lead, Inclusion & Diversity Council Member, Technology I&D Advisor, Mentor and Rogers Mosaic (former Vice Chair). Her goals are to champion meaningful change and work to dismantle systemic anti-black racism.
With all Tricia has on her plate, her family, friends and retail therapy keep her balanced on her mission to help forge a new path forward for a better tomorrow in the Black community.
