Pierre is a transformational leader with 21 years of experience in innovation, R&D, and engineering. He acquired his expertise in water and wastewater treatment and environmental products and processes development. His expertise was called upon for scientific reviews and as moderator for multiple major journals, international technical exhibitions and forums including IWA and WEFTEC.

His publication records include many international patents and scientific and technical articles, of which some are listed in peer- reviewed scientific journals.

Pierre holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in leadership. He is actually the founder and CEO of Probiosphere Inc.

His leadership qualities were called upon for a seat on the board of directors of the prestigious governmental organisation Entreprendre Ici (EICI). Pierre is actually appointed as the president of the strategic committe of this organization which mission is to help entrepreneurs of the ethnocultural community.
